This Returns Policy explains how returns and refunds are handled for products sold by Infinite Finds LLC (“Infinite Finds,” “we,” “us”) through our storefront on Walmart Marketplace. Because our orders are placed and processed on Walmart’s platform, Walmart Marketplace’s return framework applies to every order, and the terms below describe how we operate within it.
1. Return window
Most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, consistent with Walmart Marketplace standards. Certain grocery, perishable, consumable, personal-care, and health items are non-returnable once opened, for health and safety reasons, except where the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. The return eligibility shown on the Walmart product and order pages controls for each specific item.
2. Condition of returned items
To be eligible for a refund, items generally must be:
- Unused, unopened, and in their original, undamaged packaging;
- Complete with any seals, labels, accessories, and free items included; and
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (your Walmart order number).
Items that are opened, used, or missing components may be refused or subject to a reduced refund, except where the item was damaged, defective, or not as described.
3. How to start a return
The fastest way to return an item is through your Walmart account: open your order history, select the item, and follow the return prompts to generate a prepaid label or instructions. You may also contact us at contact@infinitefinds.company and we will help you initiate the return.
4. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any return shipping cost, at no charge to you.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected — or once an eligible refund is approved through Walmart — your refund is issued to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days after the return is received or approved, though your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit. Original shipping charges, where applicable, are non-refundable except for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
6. Return shipping costs
For returns due to our error or a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we cover return shipping. For returns for other reasons (for example, change of mind), the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund or paid by you, as indicated during the Walmart return process.
7. Non-returnable items
For health, safety, and food-safety reasons, the following are generally non-returnable once opened or if the seal is broken, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect: perishable and food items, beverages, opened personal-care and health products, and other consumables designated as final sale on the product page.
